Sarah is really working the camera here....
The cool thing about the worms in the hair the day before is the wonderful big ole PUFF of curls you get the next day. Here is mighty rocker girl showing off for the camera. She is especially excited about this hairdo because it was FAST and SHE LOVES CURLY HAIR!

TUESDAY WORMS
Her hair needed to be a little longer to get the full effect. It wasn't nearly as cool as on the hairblog I saw it on. I twisted it until it curled on itself...thus, the worms. Ms. Sarah was patient for this one but so excited that I couldn't get her to hold still for the picture. Truffle (in background) however was calm and posed nicely...
MONDAY CURLS!
MADE WITH THE GOOD OLE FLAT IRON....the only way Sarah's hair can hold a curl!
On a sadder note, she didn't like being called Strawberry Shortcake at school...bummer.

THE SKULL CAP !
I'm loving the skull cap's right now. If you add a hairclip they look sooo cute! And they hide bad hair days.....not that Sarah has any, lol.

THURSDAY HAIR
Piggies are my favorite on Sarah. They just seem to fit her personality...plus they are easy. I do a side part in the front and angle down the back to the middle..I love the messy look with the ends seperated and curled with the flat iron. Tie in a simple bow and you are a hip chic in less than 5 minutes.

THE BIRTHDAY OUTFIT
Somehow I convinced myself that Sarah needed a birthday outfit and I needed to make it. So I have spent the entire day while she was at school making a TuTu, hairbows, flower wand, top, and getting everything hidden. OK....the Tutu is HUGE! I'm a little afraid of it as you can see by how it is taking on its own life form on the play table. The other picture is the outfit put together. I am going to force myself to wait until her birthday on the 16th before I give it to her. She better wear it or I'll freak out!
HAIR BOWS
OK...here are the HUGE bows on Sarah's little head. What a trooper
We Mom's know that designers want about 25 bucks for a really nice set of hair bows. Well I just can't and won't pay that. So I took a picture of a pair I loved and bought the ribbon and several glue gun burns later came up with an almost perfect replica!
I love these bows so much even if they are half the size of Sarah's head. I finished making her TuTu today for her Happy Birthday outfit....it is sooo cute. You will have to wait and see her all dolled up in the outfit I made. Gee-I'm getting rather crafty, huh? Anything to put off housecleaning. Sad, really.
OOOOHHHHH, AHHHHHHHHH....I need to get a life.
WEDNESDAY HAIR..HART HAIR
This style had to look a little "older" for Brittany...thus no bottom ribbons.
This is what we call THE HART HAIR.....(heart...I"m sure you get it)
